Solterra Amenity Complex

Binswanger Glass executed the comprehensive glazing package for “The Headquarters” Amenity Complex at Solterra Texas, a Huffines Signature Community. Designed by HODGES Architecture and built by Taurus Commercial, the facility features a bold, contemporary aesthetic defined by its distinctive roofline and expansive glass facades.

To achieve both the visual vision and thermal performance requirements, Binswanger Glass installed Kawneer Trifab® VersaGlaze® 601T and 451T thermal storefront systems alongside 500 Wide Stile entrances. The exterior utilizes Guardian SunGuard SNX 51/23 glass, fabricated by Glassfab Tempering Services, to provide excellent solar control while maintaining transparency. This integration of high-performance systems ensures the community hub is as functional and energy-efficient as it is visually striking.
