Designed by Rhode Partners, developed by Parallel, built by Rogers-O’Brien, and glazed by Binswanger Glass of Houston, the new REV Northgate Student Living, 19-story mixed-use building is the tallest in Bryan-College Station.
Located at 315 College Main, Rev Northgate is just minutes away from Texas A&M University’s campus. The 300,000 sqft building is designed with the goal of rethinking traditional student housing, both inside and out. This 200-ft. residential high-rise includes 298 units of “apartment” style housing, six levels of parking and an amenities deck with pool.
