PARK PLACE VOLVO | DALLAS, TX

Location: Dallas, TX

Owner: Asbury Automotive Group

Project Overview

Park Place Volvo’s renovated Dallas showroom brings a clean, modern expression to one of North Texas’ luxury automotive retail destinations. Located at 3515 Inwood Road, the redesigned facility reflects Volvo’s emphasis on Scandinavian design, sustainability, comfort, and a premium customer experience.

Binswanger Glass installed the project’s glazing systems, helping define the showroom’s striking exterior presence and open interior feel. The building’s glass-wall facade, signature Volvo blue accent panels, and warm framed-wood entrance create a distinctive first impression while allowing natural light to support a bright, welcoming sales environment.

The completed showroom is part of a broader Park Place campus redevelopment designed to elevate both customer-facing and operational spaces. For Park Place Volvo, the glazing package plays a central role in transforming the facility from a traditional dealership into a more transparent, hospitality-focused retail environment.

Key Features & Glazing Details

Modern Automotive Showroom Design
Binswanger Glass helped deliver the glass-wall exterior that gives Park Place Volvo its contemporary architectural identity. The expansive glazing creates strong visibility from the exterior while reinforcing the clean lines and minimalist design associated with the Volvo brand.

Branded Exterior Presence
The showroom facade incorporates Volvo’s signature blue accent panels within the glass elevation, giving the dealership a bold, recognizable presence from the street. The glass, metal, and architectural finish package work together to create a polished exterior that feels refined, modern, and true to the brand.

Welcoming Customer Entrance
A framed-wood entrance element softens the building’s glass exterior and creates a warm arrival point for visitors. The combination of transparent glazing, durable entrance systems, and clean detailing supports a more hospitality-driven showroom experience.

Natural Light and Interior Comfort
The exterior glazing allows daylight to reach deep into the showroom, helping create a bright and open environment for customers and staff. The result is a space that feels less like a traditional dealership and more like a modern retail and lounge environment.

Performance and Coordination
The project brought together multiple glazing, metal, hardware, flashing, silicone, and supply partners to achieve a clean, high-performance exterior package. Binswanger Glass coordinated the installation to support the project’s visual goals, daily dealership operations, and long-term durability.

Built for Luxury Automotive Retail
From the glass-wall facade to the refined entrance experience, the completed showroom reflects the demands of modern automotive design: strong curb appeal, brand clarity, daylight, comfort, and durable systems built for an active retail environment.
