PARK PLACE MERCEDES | FORT WORTH, TX
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Owner: Asbury Automotive Group
Project Overview
Park Place Motorcars Fort Worth’s Mercedes-Benz Evolution upgrade brings a fresh, contemporary expression to one of Fort Worth’s luxury automotive retail destinations. Located at 5601 Bryant Irvin Road, the renovated dealership was designed to enhance the guest experience through a redesigned showroom, upgraded client lounge, refreshed service reception areas, and expanded operational capacity.
Binswanger Glass installed the project’s exterior and interior glazing systems, helping define the dealership’s sleek new exterior presence and open, hospitality-driven interior feel. The updated façade features expansive windows, clean black architectural accents, polished metal detailing, and a strong Mercedes-Benz brand identity that gives the building a refined and unmistakably modern appearance. Inside the showroom, all-glass office storefronts preserve visual openness while creating defined spaces for private customer consultations and dealership operations.
The renovation reflects the goals of the Mercedes-Benz Evolution design program: contemporary architecture, strong transparency, improved customer comfort, and a more elevated dealership experience. For Park Place Motorcars Fort Worth, the glazing package plays a central role in that transformation, helping create a brighter, more open environment for sales, service, and client interaction.
Key Features & Glazing Details
Mercedes-Benz Evolution Design
Binswanger Glass helped deliver the glass-forward exterior that supports the dealership’s Mercedes-Benz Evolution identity. The broad glazed elevations, dark architectural panels, and crisp horizontal lines create a sophisticated first impression while reinforcing the luxury character of the brand.
Striking Exterior Glass Façade
The renovated showroom uses expansive glass to create visibility from the exterior and bring natural light into the customer-facing areas. The combination of clear sightlines, reflective glass, and dark accent materials gives the dealership a polished, high-end presence along Bryant Irvin Road.
Modern Showroom and Client Experience
The upgraded facility was designed to feel less like a traditional dealership and more like a modern luxury retail environment. The renovated showroom, refreshed client lounge, and improved service areas support a more comfortable, open, and hospitality-focused experience for Mercedes-Benz guests. All-glass showroom offices extend that sense of transparency throughout the interior while providing functional spaces for sales and customer meetings.
All-Glass Interior Showroom Offices
Binswanger Glass installed all-glass interior storefront systems for the showroom offices using CRL patch fittings and KAL door hardware. The minimalist systems reduce the need for visually heavy framing, helping maintain open sightlines and a clean, contemporary aesthetic throughout the customer-facing areas.
Storefront, Entrances, and Architectural Glazing
Binswanger Glass’ scope included exterior storefront and entrance systems, as well as interior all-glass storefronts, that contribute to a clear arrival sequence with easy access while maintaining the refined appearance expected of a luxury automotive facility.
Coordinated Metal, Glass, and Finish Package
The project brought together Kawneer metal systems, glass supplied by Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions and Hartung Glass Industries, hardware from CRL, Dormakaba, Door Controls USA and KAL, and architectural finish components including flashings and column covers. Binswanger Glass coordinated these elements to help achieve a cohesive, high-performance glazing package across the building’s exterior and interior spaces.
Built for Active Luxury Automotive Retail
From the showroom façade to the customer entrances, the completed glazing package supports the demands of an active dealership environment. The result is a durable, brand-forward facility designed to enhance curb appeal, support customer flow, and elevate the overall sales and service experience.
